Celebrating Achievement Awards 2010
The Trust's Celebrating Achievement Awards ceremony will be held to coincide with World Mental Health Day on Tuesday 12 October in The Ballroom at Wonford House Hospital in Exeter.
The categories to make a nomination in are as follows:
Anything's possible
- Award for change and innovation Raising standards
- Award for excellence in delivering care and support Working together
- Award for partnership working Making a difference
- Award for special qualities Exceeding expectations
- Award for outstanding contribution Developing potential
- Award for supporting people to learn and develop Lifetime achievement
- Award for long-term contribution
People eligible for an award are:
Employees of Devon Partnership NHS Trust or those recently retired Employees assigned to the Trust from Torbay Care Trust and Devon County Council People receiving services from Devon Partnership NHS Trust in the last 12 months
Carers, families and supporters of people in receipt of Trust services Contractor staff working permanently at any of the Trust sites Volunteers and partner organisations working on behalf of the Trust
Posthumous recognition will also be considered.
